Tuesday 7:30pm
A 60 minute dynamic and energising practice. Build heat as postures flow together and improve your strength, stamina and flexibility.
Thursday 7pm
A 45min Hatha style class, moving through static postures and two breathing exercises. This practice improves flexibility, strength, balance and focus.
Saturday 9:30am
A 60 minute dynamic and energising practice. Build heat as postures flow together and improve your strength, stamina and flexibility.

The Answers You Need
ARE CLASSES SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?
Yes! We cater to all levels and offer lots of options within the practice. So wether you are new to yoga or an advanced practitioner our classes are suitable for you. We offer hands-on adjustments and feedback if you wish to receive them and dance on getting into, and out of postures safely.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
We provide mats and props to support your practice. Wear comfortable clothing and bring some water. A grippy towel is suggested to place on top of your mat.
IS IT REALLY HOT?
The room is heated to 30-35 degrees to allow you to find a deeper stretch and increase cardiovascular activity. But there are cooler spots in the room we can guide you to so do not let this put you off!
IS THERE A BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
Yes, in order to help us manage reservations and our waitlist.

Bookings can be made up until the start time of the class but cancellations must be made no later than 2 hours before the start time of the class via the online reservation system or email to info@spacehotyoga.co.uk. If you have a punchcard pass then classes not cancelled and not attended will result in the loss of that class from the pass.
WHERE CAN IÂ FIND YOU?
We are located at 3 Breakspear Road, Ruislip, HA4 7BS on the grounds of the Middlesex Football Stadium, behind the clubhouse building. There is a map on the website.

You can enter through the clubhouse if it is open and go out of the back doors and turn right, the Studio is signposted.
​
For early morning classes or alternatively, you can walk around and through the side gates on the left of the clubhouse and then around the back of the building keeping right.
