PREGNANCY YOGA PACKAGE
Your 4 week course includes:
- 4 live classes + class recordings
- Mamas Space newsletter with lots of added yoga and wellbeing extras
- Access to our private Facebook group
You will learn techniques for Labour and relaxation. As well as strengthening and opening the body during the many changes that pregnancy brings. With a separate focus each week to support you on your journey. Suitable from 12 weeks pregnant and for all levels including beginners.
POSTNATAL YOGA PACKAGE
Your 4 week course includes:

With a focus on the healing journey of the mother our mama yoga promotes strength and flexibility on off the mat as you adapt to the changes that motherhood brings.
Mum focused and suitable from 6-8 weeks post-birth (8-12 weeks post C-section) and open to all levels of experience.
