About the Event
We have lovingly put together this event to focus on overall wellbeing. You can expect an extended zen and flow yoga class which will fire up the body, mind and soul; beginning with a dynamic vinyasa flow class and then allowing you the time and space to move in to stillness with a pranayama meditation called the 'complete breath'.
We have lined up some amazing wellbeing experts for the afternoon, a wellbeing coach, nutrition expert and sustainable beauty theapist. There will be chance for informal discussion over coffee and healthy treats, options to try samples and buy products, as well as a powerful talk from our wellbeing coach Reina, on the need for 'a new way of living and being' to overcome some of the unique challenges of the 21st century. The afternoon will end with an optional yoga nidra meditation. Leave with a goodie bag of wellbeing related products!
The event begins at 12pm with the zen and flow class and ends at 3pm after our optional yoga nidra meditation. We will provide drinks and snacks and all yoga props, such as mat, blocks and blanket. Wear comfortable clothing.
