You will learn techniques for Labour & relaxation. As well as strengthen & open the body during the many changes that pregnancy brings. With a separate focus each week to support you on your journey. Suitable from 12 weeks pregnant and for all levels including beginners.

Connect & strengthen
A chance to connect back with yourself, revitalise and strengthen your body & mind. We will also incorporate some baby yoga & massage techniques which support relaxation, relief, stimulation & interaction.
